AUGUST - It's August already? How did that happen? Where did the first half of the year go? How is your summer going? Make sure to get out and get some fresh air. Try a picnic with friends, even if its just in the park down the street. Play catch, walk along the waters edge, kick off your shoes and wiggle your toes in the grass (or sand if you're lucky enough to be near a beach). Enjoy this last month of summer because we all know what is coming later in the year!
