Raspberry Ice Cooler

1 pkt. CRYSTAL LIGHT On The Go Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice Flavor
1-2/3 cups water
1/3 cup grapefruit juice


PLACE drink mix in large measuring cup. Add water and juice; stir until mix is dissolved.
SERVE over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with lime wedge.

Fresh Fruit Pudding Milk Shake

3-1/2 cups milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding, or any flavor
1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup strawberries


PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover.
Blend 1 minute or until smooth.
SERVE immediately.

Hot Spiced Witches' Brew

3 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 qt. (4 cups) boiling apple juice
8 cinnamon sticks


ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
STIR in juice.
SERVE in mugs with cinnamon sticks

Ruby Punch

3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
6 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
3/4 cup Tropical Punch Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix
1/3 cup Cherry Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix
2 qt. (8 cups) cold water
ice cubes


MIX cranberry juice cocktail, cloves and cinnamon sticks in medium saucepan.
Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes; cool.
Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves; discard.
PLACE drink mixes in punch bowl just before serving. Add cold water; stir until drink
mixes are completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry juice mixture.
ADD ice cubes.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

4 cups milk
5 whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups light rum
4 cups light cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Combine milk, cloves, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and cinnamon in a saucepan, and heat over lowest setting for 5 minutes. Slowly bring milk mixture to a boil. In a large bowl, combine egg yolks and sugar. Whisk together until fluffy.
Whisk hot milk mixture slowly into the eggs. Pour mixture into saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes, or until thick. Do not allow mixture to boil. Strain to remove cloves, and let cool for about an hour.
Stir in rum, cream, 2 teaspoon vanilla, and nutmeg. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

Pineapple Passion Punch

1 tub Pineapple Orange Flavor Drink Mix
1 qt. (4 cups) cold unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups cold water
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled


PLACE drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher.
Add pineapple juice and water; stir until drink mix is dissolved.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
POUR into punch bowl when ready to serve. Stir in club soda.
Serve over ice cubes.

Cranberry Champagne Cocktail

2 well-chilled 750-ml. bottles champagne or sparkling cider
1 cup well-chilled cranberry juice cocktail, or to taste
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur, or to taste, if desired


In a large pitcher stir together well the champagne, the cranberry juice cocktail and the
Grand Marnier.

Irish Coffee

One stemmed grog glass
very hot strong black coffee
1 tablesp. whipped cream
2-3 teasp. sugar


Heat glass. Pour sugar Fill the glass with very hot black coffee in which the sugar has been dissolved. Float the cream on top.
[ Tip! Turn a teaspoon upside down and hold against rim inside the glass. Pour in the cream slowly over the spoon.]
The secret lies in the combination of the piping hot coffee with the cold soothing cream on top.

Sparkling Citrus Punch

2 cups cold water
1/2 can (12-ounce size) frozen tangerine or orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 can (12-ounce size) frozen grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (1 liter) sparkling water, chilled


Mix all ingredients in punch bowl. Serve over ice

Special Touches
Make an easy ice ring using a ring mold or bundt cake pan that fits inside your punch bowl.
Arrange sliced fruit or berries and mint leaves in the mold. Add water to fill three-fourths full; freeze until solid, then unmold.
Using fruit-flavored sparkling water brings another level of flavor to this sensational sparkling punch.
For fruity ice cubes, drop small strawberry slices and mint leaves into a filled ice-cube tray before the water is frozen. Add fruity cubes to the pitcher or punch bowl just before serving.
Chill the pitcher or punch bowl, and fill with citrus punch just as your guests arrive.
