Valentine Punch

1 (46-ounce) can red punch (recommended: Hawaiian Punch)
1 (46-ounce) can apple juice
1 (48-ounce) bottle cranberry juice
1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale
Ice cubes
Berry vodka, optional
Orange liqueur, optional


Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl or pot. Add ice and stir.

For grown up version, add 4 cups berry vodka and 1/2 cup orange liqueur.

Ladle into serving glasses.

Pancake Cocktail

(as long as consistent, a measure can be whatever you want, depending on how much you want to make)
1 measure cinnamon schnapps
1 measure cranberry juice
1 measure Irish cream
1 dollop whipped double cream


Add the cinnamon schnapps to the cranberry juice. Spoon in the Irish cream.
Top with whipped cream - enjoy!

Best Strawberry Daiquiri

6 cups ice
1/2 cup white sugar
4 oz. frozen strawberries
1/8 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup rum
1/4 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage


In a blender, combine ice, sugar and strawberries. Pour in lime juice, lemon juice, rum and lemon-lime soda.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
If you like it a little less sour, decrease the lime juice to 1 tablespoon, and the lemon juice to 1/4 cup.

Mango Margarita

4 fluid ounces tequila
1 fluid ounce triple sec liqueur
1 mango, peeled and seeded
2 fluid ounces water
2 cups crushed ice


In a blender combine tequila, triple sec, mango, water and ice. Blend until smooth.

Apple "Lemontini"

1 bottle (16 oz.) Lemonade, chilled
1 medium Granny Smith apple, quartered, cored
1/4 cup vodka


PLACE lemonade and apples in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.
STRAIN into plastic or glass pitcher; discard pulp. Stir vodka into lemonade mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
SERVE over ice cubes in tall glasses.

Raspberry Limeade

2 cups raspberries, divided
3 1/2 cups water, divided
3/4 cup granulated sugar, or to taste, divided
1 cup fresh lime juice
Mint sprigs for garnish


In a blender or food processor puree 1 cup of the raspberries with 1 cup of the water and
force the puree through a fine sieve set over a pitcher, pressing hard on the solids. Add the
remaining 1 cup raspberries, the remaining 2 1/2 cups water, the sugar and the lime juice;
stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved. Divide the limeade among tall glasses filled
with ice cubes and garnish each drink with some of the mint sprigs.
Makes about 5 cups, serving 4

Tangerine Cooler

2 cups cold water
6 oz. can frozen tangerine concentrate, thawed
6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 (16 oz.) bottles sparkling water, chilled


Mix all ingredients in 2 quart glass pitcher and serve over ice. 12 servings.

Take 3 cups milk and 1/2 cup softened vanilla ice cream and mix & match your recipe from these options...
Fruit choices
P1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 small banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup fresh or drained canned pineapple chunks
1 chopped, peeled medium fresh peach or 1/2 cup drained canned peach slices
Jell-O Brand Gelatin options
Peach Flavor
Strawberry Flavor
Lemon Flavor
Raspberry Flavor

Then follow these 3 simple steps:

POUR milk into blender container.
ADD 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Brand Gelatin, ice cream and fruit; cover.
BLEND on high speed 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Serve
