JANUARY - It's the start of a brand new decade! It's a time of reflection, to look back on our past year and reflect on both the good and the bad. Some of us may make a New Year's resolution. Whether you decide to eat healthier, exercise more, spend more time with family, volunteer, or whatever, make sure your goals are attainable so you won't be quitting before the month has ended. Everyone at SSBBW Magazine wishes you health and happiness for 2020. Thank you so much for enjoying our magazine for another year.
