In previous issues we have featured simple exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home and without buying fancy expensive equipment. You can view these videos on our Youtube channel.
The advent of modern food storage techniques has allowed us access to a wide variety of foods that are already prepared. When mixed with fresh ingredients, you have a recipe that combines both taste and ease. There is no shame in producing a delicious dish made with a little help.
While it would be wonderful for everyone to eat foods that are organic and freshly prepared this is not possible for most people. It may be lack of access, lack of funds, or lack of time. It may be lack of cooking experience. It might just be a preference. Regardless, cooking need not be a long drawn out process. It can be straight to the point.
By carefully choosing which processed foods to use you can be in and out of the kitchen painlessly. They are great for times when time and energy are in short supply. Also, if you are new to cooking these easy recipes will take away the intimidation.
