Shari H is a registered dietitian, a professional counselor and a certified diabetes educator specializing in medical nutrition therapy and fitness with focus on women's and child's health. After all, health is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" (WHO, 1946).
