FAs (Fat Admirers) and their views, thoughts and issues

What is is like being an FA in today's society. What are the joys of living/being with an SSBBW. Are there drawbacks? Let us know at

We are looking for more FAs that want to be profiled. Please email us if you are interested! As well we'd really like to hear from FAs about loving a large woman in today's society.

The Poet of the Body

I am also the poet of the body,
Also the poet of the soul.

I see the beauty of women
Laden with energy stored,

Women great in spirit,
And great in flesh.

Oh, Walt Whitman
The body indeed
Is worthy of the muse

But I find the fat much sweeter
When it sticks to my lover’s ribs.

What slovens they truly are
That dismiss my lover as fat
And leave her at that.

Written and submitted by FA and Poet Brad Hachten. Brad is a writer and poet living in southern California. As a true admirer of SSBBW’s and influenced by the poetry of Walt Whitman, Hachten promotes a vision of body and soul liberation, defined as follows: the liberation from an ideal in so far as it supresses the spirit and occludes sympathetic love. More information about his writing and vision can be found at He can be reached at

"The Flag still floats unblotted with defeat!
But ah the blood that keeps its ripples red,
The starry lives that keep its field alight."
~Rupert Hughes
"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them."
~John Fitzgerald Kennedy
